SCK4 is Amazon's inbound cross-dock at 6001 S Austin Rd, Stockton, California — the building our United States freight is delivered into. SNN4 is Amazon's fulfilment centre at Baldonnell Business Park in County Dublin, the first of its kind in Ireland, and where our European stock is held.

We took the name because it is the honest description of what we are: not a brand with a warehouse of its own, but a supplier whose inventory lives inside one of the largest fulfilment networks in the world. The code on the door is the code on the box.

Our freight is consolidated, palletised to Amazon's inbound specification and booked into an appointment slot before it moves. In the United States it is received at SCK4, which is a cross-dock: stock is deconsolidated there and forwarded to fulfilment centres across the country rather than stored. In Europe it goes to SNN4, which is a fulfilment centre proper — 630,000 square feet where stock is held, picked, packed and shipped.

From that point orders are picked and dispatched by Amazon. That is the part worth being precise about: when you order from us, the box is packed in an Amazon fulfilment centre and moves on Amazon's delivery network, with the delivery speeds and the returns handling that come with it.

It also means we do not quote a delivery promise we do not control. Estimates on product pages come from the fulfilment network for your market, not from a number we picked because it converts better.

Holding stock inside the fulfilment network rather than in a unit of our own changes what we can do. Breadth becomes affordable, because we are not paying for shelf space that sits idle between seasons. Multipacks and case quantities make sense, because the picking cost per unit falls rather than rises with volume.

That is why the catalogue spans performance nutrition, first aid, foot and oral care, cooling, pet and household rather than one narrow shelf. What unites it is not a product category — it is the moment of need, and a supply chain that can carry a long tail without the economics collapsing.

The same route serves trade customers. Workplaces, hospitality, facilities teams and event operators order the same catalogue at volume pricing, with consolidated delivery and invoicing.

We also route and prep inbound freight for other sellers shipping into the same sites, which is a service the facility pages describe in detail — including the constraints that most often turn a delivery away at the gate.

Every product goes through the same sequence before it is listed: supplier identified, quotation received, sample requested, sample assessed, specifications verified against the sample, regulatory compliance checked, packaging and labelling reviewed, then approved.

Nothing is purchasable until it has cleared that pipeline. Products still moving through it are visible in our catalogue but clearly marked, because we would rather show you what is coming than pretend the shelf is fuller than it is.

We are not Amazon, and we do not claim to be. SCK4 and SNN4 are Amazon facilities, owned and operated by Amazon; our relationship to them is that we ship into them. Anyone telling you a seller is the marketplace it sells through is misleading you.
