When you place an order: your name, company (if given), email address, phone number, delivery and billing addresses, any tax ID you enter, any order notes, and the contents and value of your order.

When you send a quote request: the details you enter in the form.

We do not take card payments, so we never collect or store card details. Bank transfer details reach us only through your bank's own payment record.

Your cart, wishlist, recently viewed products and recent searches are stored in your browser's local storage. That data stays on your device and is cleared when you clear your browser storage.

To process and deliver your order, to contact you about it and its payment, to handle returns and refunds, to answer your enquiries, and to meet our tax and accounting obligations. The legal bases are performing our contract with you, our legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in running and protecting the business.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (order and enquiry database), Resend (order emails), and Amazon's fulfilment network (your name and delivery address, so your order can be packed and delivered). Each receives only what it needs for that purpose and processes it on our instructions.

Some of these providers process data in the United States. Where personal data from the EU or UK is transferred there, it is protected by the providers' standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard recognised by law.

Order and invoice records are kept for 7 years to meet tax and accounting rules. Quote requests that do not lead to an order are deleted after 2 years. Emails are kept as long as needed to deal with the matter they concern.

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict or stop using it, or ask for it in a portable format. Email sales@sck4warehouseixd.com; we respond within one month.

California residents have the rights given by the California Consumer Privacy Act, including to know, delete and correct personal information; we do not sell or share personal information. If you are in the EU or UK and are unhappy with our response, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
