When you place an order we collect the name, delivery address, email address and contact details you provide, together with the contents and value of your order. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on our systems.

If you submit a bulk quote request, the details you enter are transmitted to our server and stored so a person can respond to you.

Your cart, wishlist, recently viewed products and recent searches are stored in your browser's local storage. That data stays on your device and is cleared when you clear your browser storage.

To take and fulfil your order, to provide delivery updates and support, to handle returns and refunds, and to meet our tax and accounting obligations. Order and address data is shared with our fulfilment partner so your order can be picked, packed and delivered.

We do not sell your personal data.

Our fulfilment partner, for delivery. Our payment provider, to take payment. Our email provider, to send order confirmations and dispatch notifications. Each receives only what it needs to perform that function.

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us and we will respond within the statutory period.

If you are in the EU or UK and are unhappy with our response, you have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
