Business terms

Bulk and recurring pricing is provided by written quotation. A quotation states unit prices, quantities, delivery terms and its validity period. An order placed against a valid quotation is priced as quoted.

Business orders are paid by bank transfer before dispatch, quoting the order number. Credit terms are available only by written agreement with QuickSend Fulfillment LLC.

Unless a quotation says otherwise, our terms of sale, shipping policy and returns policy apply. Consumer cancellation rights do not apply to purchases made in the course of a business, but our 30-day returns policy does.

Goods made, packed or sourced specially to your specification under a quotation cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
