Yes — every order needs at least $2,500 (US storefront) or €2,500 (EU storefront) of goods, combined across any products, before delivery and tax. The same minimum applies to every buyer, business or individual. Your basket shows how far you are from it.

By bank transfer. Place your order at checkout and our sales team contacts you with our bank details and a personal confirmation of your order. Quote your order number as the payment reference. Your order is reserved for 7 days while payment is made. We never ask for card details.

Orders are dispatched 1–3 business days after payment clears. Transit depends on the destination — the shipping policy lists every delivery zone with its cost and transit time, and checkout shows the figure for your address before you place the order.

Yes — unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first for return instructions. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, we pay for the return and refund in full. The returns policy has the details.

Yes, with an important caveat. Evaporative cooling works by letting water evaporate from a surface, which draws heat away. That process is efficient in dry air and much weaker in humid air. In a dry heatwave a cooling towel makes a real difference; in humid coastal heat the effect is noticeably smaller.

No. An evaporative cooler cools the air passing through it and adds humidity to the room. It does not cool a room the way a refrigerant air conditioner does. It is effective at a desk in dry conditions and much less so in a humid sealed room.

Lithium batteries must travel in hand luggage, never in the hold. Most personal fans are well under the 100 Wh threshold that requires airline approval, but policies differ by carrier — check yours before you fly.
