Shipping & delivery policy

How and when we deliver, and who carries it.

Fulfilment partner

Our inventory is stored in and shipped from Amazon fulfilment centres. Orders are picked, packed and dispatched through Amazon's fulfilment network and delivered by its carrier partners.

This is why your order may arrive in Amazon-branded packaging, and why tracking is carried by an Amazon carrier partner rather than by us directly. It is also what lets a business of our size offer the delivery speeds we do.

Processing time

Orders placed before the daily cut-off are typically released to the fulfilment centre the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends or on public holidays are released on the next business day.

Processing is separate from transit. The delivery estimate shown at checkout covers both.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery windows are shown on every product page and again at checkout, in business days, and are calculated from dispatch rather than from when you place the order.

Estimates come from the fulfilment network for your destination. They are estimates, not guarantees — a carrier delay, a weather event or an address problem can move a delivery outside the quoted window.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the fulfilment centre dispatches your item. Tracking can take a few hours to become active after you receive it, which is normal and does not indicate a problem.

Orders containing several items may ship in more than one parcel, from more than one fulfilment centre, and may arrive on different days. Each parcel is tracked separately.

Delivery charges

Delivery is charged on every order. The standard charge is a percentage of your trade subtotal with a per-order minimum, and the exact figure is shown in your cart and again at checkout before you commit to anything.

Express delivery is available at a higher rate, calculated the same way. On the largest orders delivery is quoted with the order rather than calculated, because at that volume it is a pallet or container movement and a percentage would not be an honest estimate.

Information pending

Confirm before launch: the countries each storefront ships to, dispatch cut-off times, whether import duties are prepaid at checkout or charged on delivery, and any product categories restricted from air freight or from specific destinations.
