Returns & refunds policy

You can return unused items in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery, for any reason.

If you are buying as a consumer in the EU or the UK, you also have a statutory right to cancel a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. That right exists independently of this policy and is not reduced by it.

Email sales@sck4warehouseixd.com with your order number, the items and quantities you want to return, and the reason. We reply with return instructions and the address of the fulfilment centre the goods go back to.

Please do not send anything back before you have return instructions: goods arriving without them cannot reliably be matched to your order.

If you change your mind, you pay the cost of returning the goods.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, we pay for the return — we send you a prepaid label or arrange collection — and we refund in full, including the original delivery charge for those items.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging. You may handle goods as you would in a shop to check them; where goods come back used or damaged, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened personal-care, oral-care, intimate, food and supplement products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Refunds are paid by bank transfer to the account the order was paid from, within 5 business days of the returned goods arriving and being checked.

You are refunded the price you paid for the returned goods. The original delivery charge is refunded when the whole order is returned within the 14-day statutory period, or when the return is because of our error.

You can cancel an order at no cost at any time before it is dispatched — email us with your order number. Anything you have already paid is refunded in full within 5 business days.
