Terms of sale

These terms are between you and QuickSend Fulfillment LLC, a California limited liability company (Secretary of State file 202359115359) trading as SCK4 WAREHOUSE, of 1240 N Fircroft Ave, Covina, CA 91722, United States. Contact: sales@sck4warehouseixd.com, +1 434 292 1444.

By placing an order you agree to these terms, together with our shipping and returns policies.

Placing an order at checkout is an offer to buy the goods at the prices shown. Every order must meet the minimum order of $2,500 (US storefront) or €2,500 (EU storefront) of goods. We email an order confirmation straight away; a contract is formed when our sales team confirms your order with you, and the goods are dispatched once payment has cleared.

We may decline or cancel an order — refunding anything paid in full — where an item is unavailable, where a price or description was materially wrong, or where we cannot deliver to your address.

Prices are shown in the currency of the storefront you are browsing. Delivery is charged by destination as set out in our shipping policy. Whether tax is included in the displayed price or added at checkout is shown before you place the order.

Payment is by bank transfer only. Quote your order number as the payment reference. Your order is reserved for 7 days; if payment has not arrived by then, the order may be cancelled. We never ask for card details.

If a pricing error is found before dispatch, we will contact you and either honour the price or cancel and refund in full.

Goods are dispatched 1–3 business days after payment clears. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Ownership of the goods passes to you when we receive full payment; risk passes to you on delivery.

Our returns policy applies to every order. If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in addition to any rights you have under the law of your country.

We describe products as accurately as we can using information from the brands and distributors we buy from. Photography is representative; packaging and minor specifications can change without notice.

Nothing on this site is medical, dietary or safety advice. Read the product labelling and follow the manufacturer's instructions.

The design, text and code of this site belong to us or our licensors. Product names, logos and trade marks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify products, not to imply endorsement.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that, our liability in respect of any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, for business purchases.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of California, United States. If you buy as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in its courts.

If something has gone wrong, email sales@sck4warehouseixd.com with your order number. We aim to respond within one business day and to resolve complaints within 14 days.
