Terms of service

The agreement between you and us when you use this site or place an order.

Who you are contracting with

These terms are between you and SCK4 Brands LLC, trading as SCK4 WAREHOUSE. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and acceptance

Adding an item to your cart and completing checkout is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation, not when payment is authorised.

We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — where an item is out of stock, where a price or description was materially wrong, or where we cannot ship to your address.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of the storefront you are browsing. Whether tax is included in the displayed price or added at checkout is stated in your cart before you pay.

We take payment at the point of order. If a pricing error is found before dispatch we will contact you and either honour the price or cancel and refund in full.

Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can using information from our suppliers. Photography is representative; packaging and minor specifications can change without notice.

Nothing on this site is medical, dietary or safety advice. Read the product labelling and follow the manufacturer's instructions.

Intellectual property

The design, text, photography and code of this site belong to us or our licensors. Product names, logos and trade marks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify products, not to imply endorsement.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that, our liability in respect of any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law and complaints

Information pending

Confirm before launch: the governing law and jurisdiction for each storefront, and the complaints and dispute-resolution route — including the EU Online Dispute Resolution reference required for EU consumer sales.
