Supplier & manufacturing transparency

We work with contract manufacturers rather than operating our own factories. Products are selected from manufacturer catalogues, sampled, verified against their stated specifications, and then produced to order under our own brand where volume allows.

This is the standard model for a specialist retailer at our stage. We are stating it plainly because the alternative — implying we design and manufacture everything ourselves — is the kind of claim that is easy to make and hard to defend.

Physical sample against stated specification. Battery capacity and run time where applicable. Material composition and any UV or evaporative performance claim. Applicable regulatory conformity for the markets we sell into. Packaging, labelling and instruction language.

Our catalogue is in active build. Supplier records, factory audit status and certification documents are being collected through the process described above.
