Supplier transparency

QuickSend Fulfillment LLC buys finished, branded products from brands, manufacturers and established distributors, and resells them. We do not manufacture products ourselves and we do not relabel other companies' goods as our own.

Stating that plainly matters: implying that a reseller designs and makes everything it sells is the kind of claim that is easy to make and hard to defend.

Products are new and in their original manufacturer packaging. Goods arrive at the fulfilment centre against our purchase records and are checked in before they can be sold. Lines that fail a check, or whose pricing or reference cannot be confirmed, are withheld from sale until they are resolved.

Where a product is regulated — batteries, supplements, first aid — we sell only lines whose labelling and instructions come from the manufacturer, and we pass on manufacturer safety notices.

Product descriptions and specifications come from the brands and distributors we buy from. Photography shows the product as supplied; packaging and minor specifications can change between production runs.
